Dana has spent more than two decades shaping how the world sees style, confidence, and authenticity. Her work has fueled the creative engines behind brands like Aerie, American Eagle, Chico’s, SPANX, Altar’d State, and Arula, redefining what it means to build a brand that is not only seen but truly felt.

Her creative fingerprint can be found in some of fashion’s most influential campaigns, including Aerie Real, the movement that helped rewrite the conversation around beauty, body positivity, and inclusivity for an entire generation. Later, at SPANX, she reimagined the consumer experience from packaging and photography to product storytelling, transforming a shapewear label into a full-fledged lifestyle brand.


Now, through DS Studio, Dana brings that same bold energy to consulting, education, and creative direction. It is a space where brand strategy meets intuition, and where fashion, storytelling, and purpose combine to create something unforgettable.
